In case anyone is messing with tube type mobile gear, Murphy's has some of these for $12.95. beats scavenging old radios for them.

These are the large 15 Amp units in the round 1.25" diameter case often used for the plate supply inverter and the modulator. An ARRL handbook showed a pair as a modulator driving a 6.3VCT 20A transformer with the secondary as the modulating winding.

It did not say if used or NOS but the one in the pic looks new so call and ask.
