The new hamshack is doing quite well.  I literally live out here.  Full HVAC.  Check it out:

I'M CLOSEST -I GET FIRST DIBS!

Hey Al. No activity and I am in my Summer mode of fishing and with the new job and lots of travel - the operating is way down.

See you soon!

Al, Sorry about Rosie passing. She was a beautiful gal and you gave here a good life. I hope you've adopted a new buddy to guard the shack.

Very nice to hear from you Al.  You can see some of your favorite gangstas have liked your new shack.   Not to many have oriental rug runners.  Grin

Hey Al, nice looking shack! I remember a few of our chats when I lived up they-uh. You gave me advice on increasing the drive on my rice box from 1 watt to 2 in order to clear up the problem of my one-tube transmitter cutting out (SS rig drove the grid of the Compactron via transformer coupling). It was paired with a linear and you said that the audio sounded almost as good as the big boys.

Anyway, glad you're on this side of the grass.

Lemme know when the coast is clear.  I'm fully vaccinated.  Love to catch up on things.

Not yet. I'm still in mourning.   Gawd, I miss that kitty.  I'm beginning to think I'll never replace her.  I'm looking at Maine Coon - a female since they are huge kitties - at least the female is a few lbs less like up to 15 lbs.  Cross your fingers.  I think I'll name her Rosie [2]

Thanks for asking, Al W1VTP
