Wow look at these pretty units! The exciters are in use presently, one for 40M and one for 30 & 80M. Note the 300 ohm TV set twin-lead at the crystal sockets. These go to the VFO.

The amp is on the bench though I saw nothing wrong with it. I think a power supply is in the works.

Always liked the look of those Millen rack decks. There was a guy not far from here in NC that had the complete line up. Can't remember the call but I recall working him a few time when he was running the Millens.

I have a 90800 that i plan to use as an exciter for my pish pull 813 rig. My 814 rig actually uses a homebrew exciter that built from a QST article from November 1940, and the transmitter from that article is what the 90800 was based on.

I have the before and after pics of the inside of the amplifier, may as well post them. Dennis put TZ-40s in there and it's working perfectly.
The hole in the front panel was filled with a small air variable for tuning, I think the output coupling loop.

Joe, N3IBX(SK) had one of those Millen rigs, (like what didn't he have??). He never got it on the air.
