Like the title says --

Where can I get clips to tap large flat-wire inductors? Approx 3/8"-1/2" wide by 1/16"+  thick "wire", I want to attach 1/2" wide strap to it with a screw/nut.

Ed...  Check with Kintronics Labs.  They have all that sort of "real radio" stuff.  Solid company, in business for years.  I've installed systems with their components in many corners of the world.  Not cheap, but good.
