RF in the shack

I can't seem to find long F bulkhead or barrel connectors. I would like to use them for receive antenna feed through. By long I mean 2 - 3 inches. Anyone know a source?

These are probably not "2-3 inches", but appear to be longer than a standard F-81.

Yes, not long enough, but thanks for giving it a shot.

update: I just found and ordered some 1.75" F barrels from MAX-GAIN Systems

Ymmv - but I would take some suitably sized tubing or bored on a lathe brass rod and tap
the ID to accept the female-female standard F connectors. Then using solid core wire,
maybe the guts of some RG-58 without the braid and jacket, or just cut back with the braid and jacket, and run that
between the two connectors. One side could be slid in and rather than threaded crimped, so that makes
it easier to get the wire into the centers. In fact, both sides could be crimped
or set screws used, depending on how it was made...

Here's a similar idea using a BNC on the back of a Bi-ax R-390A connector
