I am the second owner, have had this rig for about 5 years, and love it. But I upgraded to a Flex 6400, so I am selling the 5000a
It works fine, is in excellent condition, and includes:

Flex ATU
Firewire card and cable
Power cord
Microphone cable with XLR connector

$725 plus shipping.
