Here is a stack of high voltage oil filled capacitors....  I don't think they would be illegal to ship as I don't see "PCB" on the contents but someone one the site may help with that.

I don't want anything for them, ie free, but the postage would probably run around $15 (PO if it fits it ships box)

Any bites?
