This does not seem to be an end-of-life announcement for the device, but simply a change to the mold material used to manufacture the device.

Quote from the document attached in previous post: (bold applied by me)

ON Semiconductor wishes to inform our customers of a change in mold compounds used for the devices listed in this PCN. This is the final Product change notification (FPCN) of IPCN22647.
This change is a result of an End of Life notification received from Samsung for several of their SDI Mold Compounds.

I just ordered quantity 30 OnSemi FQA11N90C devices from LCSC.com on Friday, at $1.84 each, and they still have over 3000 left in stock
