Hosstraders was promising to be a "fine business" fleafest until the cold air blew in. Most of the day is was in the low 60's until around 4 when it started dropping. When it got down to the upper 40's I whossied out and left at 7PM. The thought of sleeping in a Mustang(upright), being cold, and waking to torrential rains was not particularly appealing.
It was too bad cause I was looking forward to partying all evening. I guess I am just getting "old" and in need of new panty hose!

Hey Q, Glad you were able to make it to Hosstraders even though you cut it short. At least you made it there.  My plans were blown out of the water with a ride in an ambulance on Friday morning. I too was looking forward to my first campout.

Home of GORT. A buddy of mine named the 813 rig GORT.
His fear was when I turned it on for the first time life on earth would come to a stand still.

Wondered where you went, Q - hope you didn't leave before the other horn turned up?

I slept in my car (almost upright since back was fulla radios) and it did start to sprinkle around 4AM or so. Rain wasn't too bad Saturday though, more an annoyance. Not quite a steady drizzle.

Was good meeting up with you.
