I was unable to find it on the internet but the model is 263.3 and it appears functional though untested.

Switches 1000/100/10 watts both ways....  looks OK, smells OK, but no warranty!

$XX, anyone? Plus shipping. Don't make throw this in the trash!!

i'm down to $5 plus shipping... this thing looks new I just can't find info on the internet for this model....  last call!
