I have received this, thanks very much!

Hi all,

I hope someone can help me out. During a holiday meal, a guest's uncontrolled child sneaked to my books and scribbled in one then tore a sheet out of it!  Shocked
The sheet can't be found.

I can deal with the few scribbles but would sure appreciate it if someone could do a hi-rez scan of both sides of the sheet (which includes small print and graphics), and e-mail it to me so I can work on it and try to repair the book.

The book in question is:
Electronic and Radio Engineering, Fourth Edition, by Frederick E Terman (1955, McGraw-Hill)

The scans I need are Pages 405-406 where starts the section 12-3 on the 'Double-tuned Amplifier'

Thanks for any help!
