Vintage Hallicrafters HT-32A transmitter. I have owned it since the 1970s. Last used in the late 1980s and was still working great. I always had great signal reports and excellent audio comments. I was going to restore it and had purchased a new Hayseed Hamfest filter capacitor but changed my mind as this thing is a beast and getting just too heavy for me to move around comfortably. It has always been kept indoors in a dry environment and is from a smoke-free pet-free home. Overall it’s in pretty good condition considering its age. One of the power transformer windings previously (before I purchased it) had a short thus the rectifier tube was replaced with a solid-state version – it worked fine with it. I’ve heard that transformer problems are somewhat common on vintage Hallicrafters. The black cabinet has been painted at some point, but not by me. Included is the original Hallicrafters manual and schematic and the Hayseed Hamfest filter capacitor. Pickup only in the Pittsburgh, PA area. Asking $300
