I am refurbishing a Hallicrafters 129-X receiver.
I did a stupid thing and tried to clean the S meter (dial) and I used too strong a cleaner and all the marking came off.
This meter had numerals 0 thru 10(9?) and a circle with a H in it if my memory serves me correctly.
I thought at one point I saw a JPEG picture of this meter on this bulletin board. If someone has this could they send it to me?
I figure I could print it on clear plastic decal paper and put it on this meter face.

Damn these senior moments are coming all to frequently!
Very observant Ralph, yes truth be told it is a Hammarlund.
I must have been thinking about the work I have to do on my
S-38A when I typed that.
First gout and now my mind

I traced over the image in Photoshop and isolated the artwork into a clean layer. QWT, I emailed this file to ya. Hammarlund collectors might wanna grab this and keep it on file.

I did some dial artwork for a National receiver. That may have been the thread mentioned.
