Hi:

I purchased a more highly modified Valiant from W1CKI, and don’t want my old working Valiant to languish on a shelf. I got it in 1996, and modified it according to a MN master W0FTN. I still have his original notes, and most documentation on changes made to keep it on the air. Mostly re-capped electrolytic, and RF loading caps.

My audio reports were always good, and I have had it on the air until 2 months ago. Heard for many years on the grey-haired net. When I got it, the front panel was a 9/10. I repainted the case, so overall the radio is an 8+ prospect. Photo is attached.

It weights too much for me carry, so local pickup only. Closest major city is Worcester, MA.
