For sale is a Continental 314-R1 vacuum tube PDM transmitter. This is what was nicknamed the "power pebble", as the 5 KW version was the power rock. The transmitter uses a pair 3-500z's in the final, and uses a single 5-500z as the PDM modulator tube. The transmitter has been moved to 160 and has operated on 75. Solid state RF driver has been upgraded with a new FET driver, replacing the original NPN transistor circuit because the transistors are no longer made. The transmitter comes with the manual and all the documentation on the RF driver circuit. You can see the transmitter in action at the following link and also listen to the audio quality as well.
