Because of the demise of analog television and now the repack of ATSC channels I have a bunch of used but working power FET amplifier assemblies. They are all built for UHF TV (470 to 700 MHz) so the amplifiers are somewhat useless but if you want to build high power amplifiers each amplifier panel includes a huge heatsink, several power FETS that are rated in the hundreds of watts, capacitors, bias assemblies and other combining components.
Have 500 watt rated Rhodes & Schwartz panels for $60.00 each plus shipping and Comark 100 watt panels with older devices on them for $40.00 each plus shipping. Also a number of 24 volt 50 amp switching supplies but they are 480 volt input three phase that will throw in for the cost of shipping.
If anyone is interested can post pictures. If you pick them up in person have tons of other TV Broadcast junk that’s available.
