With Yaz in the background.

JJ is heard everywhere, even in Europe!

"Let's go kayaking, Tommy!" - Yaz

FB, OM!

Those were fun times.  So sounds like that was recorded from England on 75M and someone sent you the file?
I don't hear a lot of activity down there anymore so we should wake up the dead soon.  Chuck has been talking about putting up some 75M delta loops too.

Yep, Yaz had the  "whoo whoo whoo! -  alert, danger, danger" mode on.   Must have been a dog and hiker outside.

Thanks for the comment, Nigel -

Use an "AM Courtesy Filter" to limit transmit audio bandwidth  +-4.5 KHz, +-6.0 KHz or +-8.0 KHz when needed.  Easily done in DSP.

The most interesting part was the German station that called in at the end. He was barely audible in the UK but you and I could hear him in the USA just fine. Gotta have ears.

Great recording Steve.
Felt like I was on both sides of the pond at once.

Refreshing I'll bet for you and JJ to be on the good end of a pile up.

Refreshing also to hear real, old friends conversational qso's with DX
rather than 'slam bam 59 bye bye.'

Hey, look who I found incognito…  didn't we have a ride in the rumble seat a few years ago?

Yea, Rick it was fun. I little chit chat, a little DX. Not so much 5/9 now hit the road kind of contacts.

I recall the ride in the rumble seat. I lived to tell about it!
