Collins 302C-3 Wattmeter, RE, CCA VG condition due to a few paint chips
missing from "Trim Ring". 2,000/200 Watt FS Reading Meter.
Checked against HP436A Power Meter at 100 Watt level, meter reads
100 Watts. Not checked at 1,000 Watt Scale due to lack of proper Attenuator.
