Do you propose that AMFone should offer those cylindrical hats? That's what I noticed, beside the singing. Not sure church hats are the same for everyone - Men don't wear hats in my church for example, but the ladies might.
Rather wear a ball cap as it's very inclusive. If we must go cylindrical, how about a fez?

I think they're kinda like Masons but you can just pay dues and join. You get a book. They have great art.
