Not aware of any stand alone DRM receivers. There is a "DREAM" DRM software app for a PC which will decode DRM. I played with it a few years ago using an SDR receiver and another app called virtual cable to link it to DREAM. An external receiver can also be used if you feed the IF to the PC sound card input. It uses a full 10Khz BW so the IF needs to pass all of it. It sounds great, like the local FM station if the SN ratio is good enough for it it lock up to and decode but with weak stations or during fade periods you get nothing which is often the case, very annoying, don't see much future in it.
