Hello
No manual so I bring it to the list.

There are two wires which connect to the bulb assembly on the front panel frequency dial assembly. One is white, the other white/black. Both wires had pulled away from the assembly breaking their solder joint. Using an ohmmeter to determine which was ground and hot found both were ground or shorted to ground. Need advise what next step would be.
