It has been a while since I have been on this forum.  We relocated to Florida for a job that didn't work out. Been off the air for 1 1/2 years.

I am considering the Chattanooga area or the Greenville , SC area for our "forever" home Wink Wink.  Would like to know if anyone can provide some G2, radio groups, etc.

Not sure about radio contacts but TN has low and currently reducing income taxes.
S.C. seems to be a higher tax state. Both have great areas where regulations are minimal,  land price per acre low, antenna easier to put up, etc. , but the closer you get to large real estate magnets the more HOA’s and higher prices you run into.
