I'm using IE33 Ferrite cores used in many Computer SMPS in the 350 watt - 500 watt range....
Its a 6 pole filter......the 1st inductor is 13uH .......2nd 51uH ..........3rd 37uH
The cutoff is appox 30Khz
Impedance of 6 Ohms
Voltage is around 42 volts @ 7 Amps

I can't find any data on the cores you are using, so can't do any magnetic calculations.
But, I'm assuming you did some calculations or used software to plot the inductance over the current range of 0A to about 50A (the peak current at full modulation). If the inductance varies more than 8% or thereabouts, the filter's effectiveness will be compromised at high levels of modulation.
