I am continuing with my annual shack clean-out, and I am offering the following items for sale, as they are now surplus to my needs:

Two (2) each used and fully tested ElectroVoice Model 635A Professional-Grade Omni-Directional Dynamic Microphones, with the correct and original ElectroVoice Model 312 microphone stand mounting clip.

These are 150 ohm low-impedance microphones, designed to work into any low-impedance balanced (or unbalanced) microphone input channel. A standard female XLR connector plugs directly into the body of the microphone. The EV 635A was the de facto standard for professional studio broadcast and remote news gathering for many years. The EV 635A will provide a substantial upgrade to the quality of your transmitted audio, when compared to any amateur radio-grade dynamic microphone.

I have tested both of these microphones into a high quality microphone preamplifier, and they sound great. There is wear in the paint and paint loss from usage, and neither microphone has never been dropped or in any way abused. As such, you can expect years of good service from them.

The price is $55.00 each, plus the cost of shipment to your QTH from zip code 11725.

You may contact me at triodes@optonline.net

Thanks & 73,

Bruce, W2XR
