C-9970 Voltage Detector

I have for sale a C-9970 Voltage Detector which comes with the Voltage Detector Temporary Bond, Ground Cord and original orange detector bag. The unit tests AC up to 20,000 volts and DC between 6 and 2000 volts. It comes with the original Manual from Communications Technology Corporation, which was bought out by Fluke. Fluke offers the exact same unit now (C9970).  I'm also including ALT-2311 Line Safety Monitor for which I have no doc.

The condition of the unit is 'like new'.

I'm asking $80 plus shipping CONUS. It should be less than $10 to ship.
