Here's an eBay listing for an Elmac AF-68 transmitter that you might find interesting:

It doesn't come with the power supply, other than the cord shown in the picture.  I'm guessing that powering the rig with that power cord, the rig probably won't work. In fact, depending on how they wired it, the rig could possibly catch fire.

The seller has zero sales on eBay, so something is amiss.
