Elecraft makes very good gear.  Their stuff is a bit pricey, but well made and they have a very loyal following.  Saying that, it seems to be in the same price league as a lot of the higher end amplifier manufactures and less expensive than some.  A friend owns their 500W amp and is well pleased with it. 

Wonder how it would do at a continuous 350W carrier while being 100% modulated thermal wise.  Also I wonder what the drive requirements are along with the IMD specs.   

I am sure some more detail specs are out there, but I did not search for them.
