Looks like Ray Connin from QRO has thrown in the towel.
His website is gone.
Hopefully anyone who owns one of these beasts had downloaded any and all info that was available.
Last time I emailed Ray for some info, he said He was closed for vacation and to send him an email at the end of April.
We will see if he responds.
I have an HF-2500DX that is working FB (for now).
From what I have read on some message boards, a parts list or any info on updates or mods is not available from Ray.
I have schematics and board layouts but there are a few typos and values of components on the schematic that don't match up with what is on the boards.
I plan on going through the schematic and amp to make corrections and to come up with a part list.
I will let you know when I get this done and I will pass on any info that I can put together.
Thanks,
Don

Could be that he just overlooked renewing the ISP agreement or domain name.  Had he indicated that the business was to close?

I hope that is the case but I wouldn't hold my breath.
Some people that I know of that have tried to email or phone him and got NO response back.
I was one of the lucky ones that did get an email response and was told they are temporarily closed for vacation and to get back to him at the end of April. (I emailed him in January)
We shall wait and see what happens.

They don't wait long and there is usually a robber-baron-like fee to 'reclaim' a name. If a speculator has jumped in and squatted it, they can ask whatever they want. Whether they get it or not is another thing. Appeals can be made to the authority in case of the squatting situation. Let it be a lesson to anyone with a web site.

I have sent numerous emails and have left several messages on his phone over the last few months.
Never get back any response.
I think this guy's business is toast. (or maybe it should be).
Certainly no way to run a business.
