Here is a snapshot of 15 and 20 meter activity today, Feb 18, 2017, at roughly 1 PM EST. Obviously, a contest going on, but the point is activity. There are still lots of people that like to play radio whether they love the competition or not.

In looking at the prop maps today, both 15 and 20 meters are even more busy then yesterday. Even 10 meters is hot today, See below
