Learned how to repair RF Trimmer Caps! Don't need any parts!
I am in need of the three RF Input Tuned Circuit Components for my 75A-2:
Ref. Des. L1 - 40m Antenna Coil. DC short, but slug doesn't "feel" like its working.
Ref. Des. C2 - 270 pF Cap. Probably OK, measures abt 285pF.
Ref. Des. C7 - 8-50pF Trimmer. C doesn't change when turned.
Problem is just on 40m, 20-30dB lower than all other bands with cal'd Sig Gen.
Anyone have these available? And any suggestions welcome!
