a year or so ago I bought Sam's KF4TXQ two URT 12 am transmitters.  These are a pair of 4-65's modulated by a pair .... my health has deteorated to the point that I cannot physically work on boat anchors anymore ... both are in essentially as received condition with some spares .... come and get them for $1500 .... reduced price $1300
