Does anyone have a copy of the calibration procedure?

It is not spelled out in the manual found on BAMA, etc.

Thanks!!!

You can get a manual here, it's not the 209A but maybe the cal would help.

Fred:

Many thanks.

The 209C is significantly different than the 209A.

This 209A is an awesome beast.  It is HUGE.

I believe it to be new in the box from the early 1950's.  You heard that right: Not a scratch on it anywhere.  It came in an original Hickok box.  I will upload pictures for the interested.

You could store extra tubes, a pound of coffee, and a week's worth of rations inside this thing, and have room left over.

It is all NOS, with all of the original leads, and yes, the AC probe.  It is incredibly clean inside.

I am going to get rid of the paper caps, and change the two electrolytics. Yes, a bit of Deoxit as well. The PSU cap will come up to 50 or 100 uF.  I mgith even bootleg a VR into the power supply.  Plenty of room!

I had one of those monster 209A.  I reduced it to parts and pieces.  I have the meter movement.  The one I had looked somewhat different than yours.  I still have two manuals for the meter.

Ok,  I see the picture shown in the second post is the 209C, big difference between the 209A and 209C.
