Can someone tell me how i wire this for 110 volt use.
I can not find anything online about it
Please any help

Judging by the diagram, the jumper that is there has the 2 windings in series therefore wired for 240.  The windings need to be paralleled I should think for 120.  Jumper from H1 to H3 and a jumper from H2 to H4 should work.

I think the "H" terminals are the primary, looks like it's wired for 240 volts with the jumper that's there.

The output is either 15v-0-15v fixed or 0-30v adjustable.

ok once there hooked up like that  where do i feed in the 110 like where does the black wire go and the white one or does it matter ?

what are you trying to do with it ?   there is a great deal of flexability available here with a big tube amp variable filament supply being one of them

for example a 4-1000 which needs 7.5 V @ 21 A     you could leave the h2-h3 jumper in place and apply 120 Vac to h1 and h4 with black (Hot) going to either one and white (Neutral) going to the other with fusing, of course ... then your output can be taken from x1 and xv which should be 0 to 15 Vac .... you will need to establish a center tap equivalent with a pair of diodes connected back to back ....this discussion was in another thread ...step start recommended

n.b. the diode back to back is the series connection, cathode to cathode with the common cathode being the center tap equivalent.... put a 10 Ohm 5W resistor across each diode to smooth the transitions

For 120v the black wire can connect to H1/H3 or H2/H4 doesn't matter, white wire would connect to the other.  Put a fuse on the black wire only.  Green ground wire can connect to the metal frame somewhere.
