Here's a nice LDMOS, MOSFET, Bipolar test set for devices. The heat sink and copper slug bar which is 0.5 inch thick should be easily capable of a couple 100 watts free air. The card, copper slug all soldered together to the heat sink! Great thermal relief. The bias post are set for gate or base and drain or collector feed. This thing weighs about 10 pounds.
