Joe is a great guy.
I have received many reports from Joe over the years, as he listens in on our AM Carrier Net.

We in the Ham community are fortunate to have such a dedicated SWL.

Maybee its time  for 3 VEs to show up and force Joe into taking the General Test. I'ts the best way to stop SWLs from reading our mail.
