Anyone recognize this radidio?

Bought this on eBay for twenny bux.  A cool little crapstal-controlled SSB transciever.  All solid state except for what looks like a 6146 wrapped in a heatsink(!).  Has an internal HV suckply also.  1650 KHz IF, single crapstal per channel.  

It's about the size of a loaf of bread but a little deeper (picture makes it look bigger than it really is).  There are NO markings on it that would give a clue to its manuafacture.  Would really appreciate any info - who made it, when, manual/skizmatic?  It has a few problems (inverter transistors shorted, probably bad electrolytics in the IF, etc...) and more info is always better.

Hallicrafters SBT-20A built by the Radio Industries Division in Chicago.1966-67.  6 channel, SSB-AM, 2 to 12 MHz, 20 watts PEP, 5 watts AM. Factory equipped for upper sideband use. power source 12 volts DC.

And yes, I have the manual.

I have a solid state Hallicrafters like this one also, except it's not gray, it's more of an OD brown.
