Great signal from Chuck today as usual.
The receiving antenna was a ground plane! Chuck was 20db plus!!
His Anan 100D SDR  sounding great.

Hi!

I was listening to that QSO, however I could not copy PEL.
Chuck was 59++ with just a little bit of QSB.
I planned to give him a shout, but taking care of dinner etc. made that impossible.

Heard quite a few North American stations on 10 at around 1600 Z.
