Just received a batch of QSL cards from my QSL Bureau. In the batch all these cards were for 10M AM contacts.

Home of GORT. A buddy of mine named the 813 rig GORT.
His fear was when I turned it on for the first time life on earth would come to a stand still.

They were on 10 AM. I don't recall working much DX on 15 AM, and none on 20M except for screwing around contacts during several DX contests (i.e. you have too much carrier, I can hear you on both sidebands, you're very wide, etc. type of reports)

Hey Pete,

I have not been able to hear you on 10 since you fixed your antenna. AC2IQ comes in at s9 and is 10 miles further. WA3JBT is pretty much the same. Could something have happened?

The beam was back up on the tower several weeks after Sandy. Haven't spent a lot of time on 10 meters this season. Other priorities and interests. I've heard you a few times, but most times, the antenna is not aimed in your direction.
