Hi All.. I need to replace the dial cord on my old Hallicrafters S-76

Does anyone know the cord size that is used ?? there are several sizes available

Wow, this was more than 3 years ago and no reply. Did you find the answer? If not, I find out once I get into the shop Monday. I'm in the middle aligning a S76 I re-capped for my boss but it has a peculiar problem I will post later.

When restringing a dial I use 20 or 30 pound test dacron fishing line. Never have had a break.
