Looks quite good to me.
I have the same loading and tuning caps in some of my stuff.
I hope you have plenty of space and time to deal with all that stuff!

Metal was cheap, very very cheap...

Things were made to last a long time and be repaired... also if you consider what the prices were back in the day, these were rather expensive items. This was in a time when you could buy a pretty darn good used car for $600.

The HT-32B now lives. I replaced the bumblebees, electrolytics, and solid stated the rectifiers. The sideband subchassis needs an alignment.

Is the fan supposed to have a 115v motor? It is connected across half of the transformer primary and only gets about 70v. It looks original, but turning at that speed it doesn't do much.

The B&W 850 pi network on the 4-1000A is nice, along with vacuum variables. First class.

Looking at the 4-1000 socket, which looks strange yet familiar, could it be the traditional sir system socket and someone has cut off the side section that usually has the blower inlet snout? People in the past have said to do that to increase airflow if a blower hose is not used, -they did it but it does not make so much sense unless the blower's really weak.
