Yep, all those old BB posts are gone.  No record of the good, bad or ugly. Events start new again for the new year. Just as well.  Like getting a good haircut. Like dumping a nagging girlfriend. Like cutting out those wrecked FETS or burned resistors.    [though there WERE some good tech info threads in there...sigh... darned those virus worms]

We still have the 600+Megs of good hard AM info, photos and articles, etc.

It's OK-Fine.  Good job, G!

Best of 2005 to all!

Use an "AM Courtesy Filter" to limit transmit audio bandwidth  +-4.5 KHz, +-6.0 KHz or +-8.0 KHz when needed.  Easily done in DSP.

Yaaaayy.  Yaaaaayy.  Testicling testicling - count 'em, one-two.

There.  We are now checking this out for proper modulation.  As you know, when you record, the proper modulation that is required, is for the electric eye tube, which is a green type of... tube... will open and close.  We will now play this back to see how it sounds.  Thank you.

It's always a good idea to save the page to your HD if it's something you really don't want to lose.  I usually save as HTML only  to avoid all the extra graphics and the second folder on the list.  I also sometimes just copy and paste into a .txt  or Word file.

Maxx 6 year old Dachshund/Black Lab mix. Head of security at APE Hq.

Do you remember in the early 70s a TV show on Saturday morning called "Lance Link, Secret Chimp" The whole show was done with chimpanzees & Lance was a secret agent who worked for A.P.E., the AGENCY for the PREVENTION of EVIL. Cool Show.

I'm not sure which channel it's on but that show is on the cartoon network channel or the boomerang channel.

Yes, I remember. That must have been plenty of work. They used chimps to avoid paying union scale

Paperless society my butt. Did you ever notice that anything saved on a computer sooner or later is lost to the world! Start a file. Good advice.
