Old Military Radio Net 0500 to 0700, sometimes later Eastern on 3885 kc, Saturday mornings.  Ted Young, W3PWW is NCS.   All welcome, use of milrad stuff is encouraged, but not required.  Most net members use AM, some SSB from guys who happen to be mobile or otherwise out in the boondocks.  Had 16 ART-13s check in a few weeks ago on a special "ART-13  day".  We also have a Sunday night CW net at 2100 Eastern  on 3570 kc.

I have to admit I am not on much on 75 during the week to know for sure, but isn't the old Thursday night AM Swap Net, usually run by KA1OXQ, now long gone?  It's still listed in the ER magazine net directory.

The Antique Wireless Associate (AWA) AM net, during EST meets every Sunday afternoons at 4PM on 3.837.  This is AM net although if your AM transmitter is belly up, you can check in on SSB or CW.  AM is the preferred mode however.

During EDT the net shifts to 7PM on Sundays and the frequency is 3.840.

This net was started by founder of AWA Bruce Kelly - W2ICE (SK).  During the last 11 years, Dave - KA2J  has been doing a fantastic job as NCS.  After 11 years of faithful service Dave needed a break so I agreed to handle NCS duties.

You do not have to be an Antique Wireless member to check into this Net.  We encourage all that enjoy vintage boat anchors to check in.   Of coarse if you don't have a boat anchor, fire up that SSB rig in the AM mode!

Florida AM Net, Sundays, 0630 Eastern, 3.885 MHz.  While the net officially begins at 0630, the pre-net is usually operational by 0545 or 0600. Anyone who can push, pull or otherwise coerce an AM signal into the ether is welcome to join in, and no, you don't have to be in or from Florida to participate. We have regulars and usual suspects from GA, AL, TX and points North.

The "Lonely Guys" meets Saturday mornings at 8:00 AM  E.S.T. on 3875.  The net takes the summer off, and will start up again in September.  The net is mostly forks located in the North-East, but we have members as far South as Virginia.

This is a fun net.  There is always a "topic of the day", and we generally get from 20 to 30 check-ins, depending on the time of year.
