I'll second Paul's wishes Ralph! Well done! It's always great to chat with you down in the 3700 - 3733 sweet spot of the 75/80 meter band! You still have the fastest PTT trigger in the east and you always have a strapping signal into New England. Keep up the good work down there!

:O)

Yeah, Happy Birthday OM.  Only 85?  Grin. Hope to work ya on WFD net on '33 this fall.  Way too much daylight to make it now.  I think it was just about you and Frank that held it together to the bitter end this last Spring.

Congratulations Ralph.  BUT you still have five years to go to get the full 50 % discount at Shady Maple!  So you and Michael Phelps have some new goals.

Though it's been a while Ralph, it's always been a pleasure.  My dad died on my birthday, and people started singing "Happy Birthday to You" on that day.  As a result, I came to despise that song.  Instead, on my birthday people sing the following to me to the tune of "We Wish You a Merry Christmas" -- so I'll sing it to you now.
We wish you a Happy Birthday,
We wish you a Happy Birthday,
We wish you a Happy Birthday,
     HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU!

All the best, and many more!

Very creative Herb!  You better get back on the air otherwise you will NEVER get the W2OY tapes!  In fact if you get back on the air I will sing you that song on your BD  Wink

I think we need to give Ralph a BD party.  Ralph, if you could have anything you wanted, what would it be?

Happy birthday, Ralph. It was great to connect with you via N2IRJ's phone patch a few months ago, and I hope I can soon QSO with you via my own station (which is under construction).
