That prefix doesn't appear to be lawfully assigned to Great Britain under international treaty...
The USA had to ditch the 18Q CB call signs back in the early days of Class D CB for that reason.

Use an "AM Courtesy Filter" to limit transmit audio bandwidth  +-4.5 KHz, +-6.0 KHz or +-8.0 KHz when needed.  Easily done in DSP.
