Bear,
also this one for control of a bunch of current and not so current transceivers, etc.
http://www.dxatlas.com/OmniRig/

I'm using it in conjunction with QsCat for connection to my lash-up (sorry Pete  Grin )

Truth be known, I want to be a friggin appliance operator, not a computer geek.

Push button, transmit on 75 AM, but not from where the rig sits. Done.
Don't mind hardware, but the thought of trying to make flaky softwares talk properly to
each other and function seamlessly, leaves me rather nonplussed. I mean, yeah it is fun
to play with, but I have nil time for that stuff, being that there are enough unfinished and
really important projects floating around here to keep me busy for another lifetime.

Actually, truth be told, if someone was local here who was proficient with this, I'd pay them
to set me up so that I don't have to deal with much of it... too much on my plate.

Geez mon!

I thought I made it pretty clear what my questions are/were.

Also why and what my interest is/was? No?

I did say that I wanted to rule it in or out as a possible rig for remote operation.
So where's the beef?
