..my dwg is not clear....what are the values of the cap, and resistor from pin 2 to gnd?...what if these are just buy-passed?..

ptt jack pin 2 goes thru a cap, and resistor...do you have the dwg?

I figured it was a Pin 2 of a tube, not a PTT jack. 

I only have schematic of standard V2, not the CDC version.
