We missed you Jay. Maybe next time or NEARFest in May.

Thanks to Frank and Carol for the great hospitality. It was great to see everyone. Also thanks to Rick and Margo for giving Todd and I a place to crash.

Martha and I had a great time over at Franks.  It was good so many could make it.  Those that were not able to make it, missed a very good get together.

Special thanks to Frank and Carol for hosting a superb event.

Hopefully everyone had a safe trip back home.

Joe, GMS

More Timonium Hamfest pictures courtesy of Casey, KB3GXU.  Some of the folks shown could not make it over to Franks.  This picture was taken just before everyone was marched into cell block "H"!

Paul,
I just think its one of those kind of shots that if planned, would not turn out better.  All that was missing was Irb, W2VJZ (sk)!!!

Was surprised you weren't there, Chuck. After speaking with you on the air, I was sure we'd see you. Maybe next time.  Wink I know Tim had mentioned he was riding with the fellow he was selling with that the 'fest and would be heading back afterward.

Had a great time at the party, it was good to spend time with friends old & new again. And though a bit emotional, it was good to see that Derb will always be present at all future events there. Hopefully Gloria will, as well.

Thanks to Frank and Carol for hosting and basically catering this event for a bunch of AMers. Carol clearly deserves sainthood, as not only does she have to put up with the Slab, she tolerates a bunch of us clogging up the house and yard for hours on end. The garage never fails to turn up some new item of interest, this time was no different. Frank manages to cram a lot of cool stuff into a small space! The couple who put Steve & I up Saturday night were fantastic, and had a nice collections of cars that would make any car guy drool. Got to discuss 70s radios and 80s music, too. A great way to cap off the trip north to B-more. TNX Rick & Margo.

A long term thank you to Carol and Frank for hosting their annual "Timonium" (Md.) party all these years.  Regardless of whether the hamfest continues, we've got some good memories and good times getting together at their home.

Here's a video originally put together by Burt, WA3JYU from four years ago. A few DVD copies were sent around, and recently it became an option to float a version up to YouTube.

He and Bruce W2XR convinced a few people to talk with us, including a couple of workers from Verizon, for whom Carol fixed a plate while they were on the job at the back fence. Funny! But every bit the part of hospitality this couple provides.

Thanks, Frank and Carol, for the get-together. The food was great...I had a generous helping of lasagna, meatballs, and at least four heaping spoonfuls of those fried hot peppers. I skipped the hamfest this year...I am out of work and I heard that it sucked anyway.

It's always great to get together with my fellow AMers.
