On page 7 the Pierce oscillator, should not the plate of the plate of V2A be connected to the junctiuon of C2 and R5?

Pin 3 IS connected to C2 and R5. There is an implied junction anytime there is a NOT a jumper symbol or a faint dashed line displayed.

Phil,

   That is a very nice transmitter project. You put a lot of thought and effort into this.

I was thinking of a suitable receiver to compliment this, and it occurred to me this one by Patrick Turner would be the perfect companion receiver:

http://www.turneraudio.com.au/Kitchen-AM-Radio-2015.html

Not portable, but ideal in a barn or perhaps a cow milking area when the transmitter is in the main living area.

Hey, that is pretty neat Jim thanks for the info.

That's OK Pat, I went looking for my cell phone the other before I left the house and it was in one of the deep pockets on my jeans.

My wife said: "Well why didn't you look there in the first place because that's where you always keep it."
