Strong signals Wednesday morning from about 4:30-6A EST on 3885 among K4EDK, KE4FA and KC8ZUL.  Lots of elbow room and good conversation.  EDK has apparently moved from Lincolnton NC, to Cherryville.

Wasn't his slogan  "where the moonshine comes over the mountain in glass jars," if I remember who and what correctly.

There's another guy from down in the Carolina's or maybe from Georgia that speaks in absolute mono tone. Never a variation in his voice. I think if a bomb went off outside his home, you would not get a rise out of him. Can't remember his call or when he  was last on. Nice guy though!

He had a big signal on 75 meters back in the day too. He called his big rig "The Static Eliminator."
