Good evening on 14.286 just now, despite intentional QRM from SSTV. (Yes you read that correctly - Just when I thought I experienced it all)

Worked:
KD2AYA
KC9WCJ
W2IQK
W1VZR
KC1CS

Hoping to get more .286 activity in coming months as 20 is staying open well after sundown.

Just for jollies, I tuned up my Apache and Mohawk near 14.286 last evening.  I heard a W7 talking at almost an S9 here in NC.  I asked to join and got a pretty good report.  Then KD6OS broke in and was even stronger.

I'm gonna keep the Apache/Mohawk set up on 20 AM for a while.  Nice folks, good conditions and great signals.

Thanks guys!

Worked several guys (TX, OK, KS, and IA) on 20 meters AM this past Sunday morning. They were "one on one" type QSO's which, to me, are a lot more enjoyable then 20 meter roundtables.

Heard and sorta worked Brian, W1LYD at 3:15edt...   Later heard him (still in there!)
working KL7OF in TumTum...   Brian was S7 at times but he had trouble hearing
my 300 watts...

Oh yes, Brian is up in Skagway, Alaska...

Correction, Brians portable VA1 in the Yukon...

He is still messing around the frequency at 5:20PM EDT...
